Return and Refund Policy


Nirvaana – Women’s Wear Products Company

At Nirvaana, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality women’s wear products that meet your expectations. Every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund as per the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong size or wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must request a return or exchange within 3–7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment


5. Exchange Policy

In case of size issues or wrong product delivery, customers may opt for:

  • Product exchange (subject to stock availability), or
  • A full refund


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
